About 11 years ago, I had a nervous breakdown that led to a hospital visit.
All of my relationships, mainly the one with myself, weren't working. I needed outside help. My sister enrolled me into a 4 day life coaching seminar.
It was the most intoxicating, orgasmic experience.
I fell hard. It was deep. Passionate.
As a result, transformational work became my new obsession. Because I stretched myself, the me that was buried under the constant daily plaguing anxiety emerged.
A thick layer of limiting beliefs removed. Suddenly there was space for me. For The Awareness Muse to just 𝑩𝑬.
I knew then this was my life's work. I felt waves of opportunity fill my body. For the first time ever, I experienced how extraordinary my life could be. How f-ing delicious every relationship, with myself, with my future beloved, could feel. I was so freaking empowered because I finally learned all the way through my body and my being that I was the creator of my life.
It became instantly clear that I was in a relationship with everything and everyone around me, and the quality of my life was a reflection of the quality of my relationship. And I finally had an answer on how to make it all extraordinary.
From that moment on I’ve been in the coaching space, ever evolving and supporting like minded womxn.
I birthed my signature Modern Goddess coaching methodology. I've alchemized all of my deep work, experiences, and training with world class leaders such as Mama Gena, Sheila Kelley, S Factor, Tony Robbins, Layla Martin and more with a foundation in early childhood development.
I have been giving away my unique methodology for years. Supporting my circle in transforming their relationships, standing for their healing and connection to their pleasure. Because this work works!
